Donaldsons has recruited three staff for its expanding offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Brian Skinner has been appointed head of Donaldsons’ professional team in Scotland as well as Glasgow office partner.
Skinner was previously head of CB Hillier Parker’s (CBHP) Scottish professional team and also worked for Knight Frank.
He is on gardening leave and will take up his role at the beginning of August.
Fiona Graham will join Skinner at the Glasgow office.
Graham, who joins as senior surveyor, worked with Skinner for five years at CBHP and Knight Frank.
Christian Bruce joins Donaldsons as associate partner, covering Scotland from the Edinburgh office.
He will work closely with Alasdair Steele, who runs the Scottish investment desk in London.
Chris Dougray, managing partner of Donaldsons Scotland, said: “We have aggressive business plans for the next three years and are eager to capitalise on our Scottish operation.”
Dougray confirmed the firm wants to set up a second professional team in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
It is looking to recruit a further two people.
