Doncaster’s planned Earth Centre exhibition has secured its funding and is poised to open in eight months time.
The Centre, which is being built on 161ha (400 acres) as part of the Millennium celebrations, is costing £100m to develop. It has an environmental theme and will include the world’s largest solar panel.
