Betfred owner Fred Done has submitted a planning application for a 405-flat PRS scheme in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Done’s company, Property (Done), plans to build the development alongside the 380-home Trinity PRS scheme, for which Done’s company FICIM was granted planning consent in March.
The Crescent would feature 153 one-bedroom flats and 248 two-bedroom flats across three buildings.
Ranging in height from five, 16 and 21 storeys, the scheme has been designed to include four townhouses and 8,890 sq ft of commercial space.
Euan Kellie Property Solutions and Swithenbank Property Consultants are advising Property (Done) on the scheme.
