Donegall Quay will announce plans this week to build an 80.5m (867 ft), 26-storey tower called Obel, in Belfast’s revamped docklands next to Custom House, on the bank of the river Lagan.
The consortium, comprising KARL Properties, MAR Properties and Greenfarm Developments, will build a 144-bedroom hotel, offices and a bar as well as 182 flats.
It will be Northern Ireland’s tallest building.
