Clivedale London has agreed a deal with hotel group Dorchester Collection as it launches its new residential scheme, Mayfair Park Residences, adjacent to Hyde Park and Park Lane in Mayfair, London, W1.
The deal means owners of private flats at Mayfair Park Residences will have exclusive access to hotel amenities at The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane. This is the first time that the Dorchester has partnered with a residential developer.
Mayfair Park Residences, is a collection of eighteen flats located on Stanhope Gate – adjacent to Hyde Park and 45 Park Lane hotel.
Designed by PLP Architects and with interiors designed by Jouin Manku – the designer behind Alain Ducasse at Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris – Mayfair Park Residences spans three adjacent buildings on Stanhope Gate with prices for the majority of the flats expected to be approximately £5,000/sq ft. The development is scheduled to complete in 2018.
The development also includes an 8,500 sq ft gym consisting of a 20-metre underground pool and treatment facilities which will also be managed by Dorchester Collection.
Dorchester Collection owns and manages a global portfolio of ten hotels including The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane in London, The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, and Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris. The quintessential hotel group has consistently set the benchmark in luxury hospitality since its conception in 2006, continuing the tradition embodied by The Dorchester which first opened its doors in 1931.
Tarun Tyagi, Clivedale London’s chief executive, said: “Mayfair Park Residences has been conceived over a number of years from a complex site assembly to detailed scheme development, and as a result we are now able to offer something truly exceptional to the market.’’
