Dormy House takes Andover space

UK furniture designer the Dormy House has signed a lease for a 18,675 sq ft plot on Walworth business park in Hampshire.

The 30-year-old firm has taken the industrial space in Andover on a 150-year lease from Test Valley borough council.

George Shepherd, development manager at Kier Property, which is the development and property manager on the site, said: “The park provides benefits from the potential to expand its current 168 acres on to an additional 27 acres, which we believe will prove a significant attraction to our current and future occupiers.”

Jones Lang LaSalle is letting agent on Walworth business park.
