Andrew Giblin, director, Dorrington, said: “We feel it is ideally placed to match occupier demand, as Midtown is now attracting an increasingly diverse tenant base. We will look to enhance the space through innovative design to drive the rents and value.”
Harris Associates represented Dorrington and Crossland Otter Hunt advised Threadneedle.
