Douglas & Gordon staff are abandoning all offices on 6 December to sweep London for food and toys to give to the capital’s disadvantaged families.
With the doors to their 19 offices closed for the day, they will begin by targeting occupants of properties within their own network, and they will certainly accept donations along the way, all in aid of the charity Kids Company.
If D&G folk fail to come a knockin’ at your door, you can deliver goods personally to any of their offices (not on 6 December) or donate £5 by texting KIDSHELP to 70700.
Suggested non-perishable items include rice, pasta, jams, tinned foods, breakfast cereals, biscuits, fruit juices and baby food.
