Illuminum, the perfume brand made famous at the royal wedding, has let 41-42 Dover Street, W1, for its first UK store.
The brand has taken a 10-year lease on a store totalling 2,000 sq ft and will pay Tamares £160,000 a year.
Oliver Green, associate director at Savills, which advised Tamares, said: “Luxury retailers such as Illuminum have shown an increasing interest in acquiring stores on streets with close proximity to Bond Street, such as Dover, Bruton, Conduit and Mount Street, where they can benefit from the high footfall and tourist spend.”
Illuminum was represented by KLM.
