Downing has sold a 21,000 sq ft office building in Liverpool to Robert Smith Group for £2.3m a net initial yield of 9.2%.
Federation House in Hope Street is home to the Liverpool Media Academy, restaurant Ego and coffee shop Moose Coffee.
The deal follows Downing’s sale of the Port of Liverpool Building in November to Middle Eastern private investors for £27.6m.
