DP World has appointed a new commercial director to head the London Gateway property team.
Charles Meaby will oversee the property team, which will be sourcing occupiers for the £1.5bn superport project on the Thames Estuary, which comprises 10m sq ft of logistics sheds.
He has been promoted to the position after four years as general manager at London Gateway.
Meaby said: “It is difficult to imagine that there could be a more exciting opportunity than to lead our commercial efforts in the run up for London Gateway’s opening in 2013.”
