Aviva Investors has put another of its West End landmarks up for sale. The fund manager has instructed Knight Frank to sell Bafta’s headquarters at 195 Piccadilly, W1.
It is seeking £76m – a 5% yield – for the 81,000 sq ft Princes House. Bafta, which has been a tenant in the block for 32 years, occupies 30,000 sq ft.
Aviva has recently sold its 186,000 sq ft Berkeley Estate at 1-3 Berkeley Street, W1, to Crosstree for £150m. Its 70,000 sq ft Queensbury House on Old Burlington Street, W1, is under offer to an overseas investor for £150m.
