Yorkshire-based developer Dransfield Properties has made public its plans for a retail-led development in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire.
The scheme will include a 31,000 sq ft supermarket and the relocation of the town’s Market Hall centre into a new building that will incorporate community uses.
Andrew Malley, retail property director at Dransfield Properties, said: “We know from our own centre here in Poulton that there is a real desire to see new investment and development to bring more people into the town and give people more choice.”
