Mitheridge Capital Management has appointed Steve Emsley as chief financial officer and partner.
Emsley joins the alternative investment firm from DRC Savills Investment Management (formerly DRC Capital), where he was chief financial officer. He was responsible for the structuring and operation of all funds during a period of significant growth, leading to the eventual sale of the business, which Emsley oversaw. He also oversaw the sale of the DRC Capital business to Savills Investment Management in 2021.
Earlier in his career, Emsley held positions at Lumina Real Estate Capital and Hermes Real Estate Investment Management.
His appointment follows four other recent hires by Mitheridge: Robert Chevis as development director, Naomi Feliz as a new investor relations associate, Rezaul Rana as finance manager and Timesh Patel as an investment associate.
