Wine distribution business EHD London No 1 has signed for a 30,593 sq ft warehouse with UK Commercial Property Trust.
UK Commercial Property Trust, advised by Ignis Asset Management, has let the space at the Dolphin Estate ,
Sunbury-on-Thames in Middlesex, on a 10-year lease.
The letting brings occupancy of the industrial buildings on Dolphin Estate to 93%.
