Driving school switches up a gear with Exchange Quay move

Driving tuition specialist Capsil is to relocate to Exchange Quay in Manchester’s Media City.  The company has signed for more than 7,000 sq ft of office space on a 10-year lease. It will move into the first floor at Exchange Quay’s Building Eight later this month.  Exchange Quay is a 472,000 sq ft office campus, managed by Till Asset Management on behalf of Ekistics Property Advisors.
