Edinburgh-based property investor SRA Ventures has signed golf apparel brand Druids as the latest occupier at Shairps Business Park in Livingston, Scotland.
The deal was signed on a five-year term. Druids will occupy a 29,500 sq ft industrial facility which will serve as its central operational hub for the e-commerce business.
The building, which has an EPC rating of A+, sits near to the M8, providing connectivity between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Shaf Rasul, director of SRA Ventures, said: “Its decision to establish this operational base in Livingston is a vote of confidence in the area and the quality of this high-spec commercial space.
“This deal reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in commercial property and working with businesses scaling globally from Scotland.”
