Planning has been approved for the extension of 67-70 Drury Lane, WC2, to build five two-bedroom flats and one three-bedroom flat.
John Rowan and Partners is acting on behalf of the Really Useful Theatres Group on the plan to renovate the site, which sits next to the Theatre Royal.
The five-storey building currently comprises retail at basement and ground floor levels, as well as six flats occupying the first to third floors, of which all but one are empty.
