DTRE has hired Robert Taylor from BNP Paribas Real Estate to spearhead the group’s new market research service line.
Taylor will work closely with the agency and investment teams on both transaction advisory as well as market analysis and research.
At BNP Paribas Real Estate he was associate director of research, focused on the office and industrial sectors. He has worked with both UK and international clients, including Blackstone, AXA Real Estate and SEGRO.
The company has also hired two new senior surveyors. Alice Hampden-Smith has joined as a senior surveyor from Cushman & Wakefield. She will work on the industrial and logistics agency team and will primarily be responsible for the London and South East markets.
James Cook is joining from CBRE to work as a senior surveyor alongside David Turner and Simon Glenn in the out-of-town office investment team.
