DTRE has hired Ben Sleath from Cushman & Wakefield as a senior surveyor in the investment team.
Sleath was at Cushman & Wakefield for four years, most recently working on the industrial business space investment team.
Following the niche firm now has a nine-strong investment team that includes David Emburey, who joins on 1 March.
Mark Webster also joins the firm next week, bringing the agency team to six members.
The firm celebrated its seventh birthday on 18 February.
