DTZ appoints Fergus Keane as Head of West End Investment

 

DTZ has hired Fergus Keane as head of West End investment from rival agent CB Richard Ellis.

 

Fergus has been working as senior director at CBRE and previously worked at DTZ between 1998 and 2003.

 

Colin Wilson, head of Central London investment at DTZ said: “Fergus brings a huge amount of experience back to DTZ, and has been involved in a number of high-profile recent transactions in the London market with c.£360m of sales in the last 12 months alone.

 

“Fergus is clearly held in high regard by his clients and we are delighted to have him on board to lead our team in a key market for our Central London business.”                         

 

John Forrester, head of DTZ UK and Ireland said: “Our Central London team already has a very strong reputation and we have been looking to grow our capital markets exposure by bringing in new talent to develop this important area of our UK operation. I am also personally delighted to be welcoming Fergus back into our business.”
