DTZ has made a string of senior appointments including a new chief operating officer for global occupier services in Europe the Middle East and Africa.
Grant Walford joins from Johnson Controls Global Workplace Solutions where he was vice president of market development and strategy for its industrial business unit.
DTZ head of global occupier services EMEA James Maddock said: “Grant brings with him a wealth of experience that will be a real asset to our team.”
DTZ has also made a pair of senior hires in its EMEA hospitality business.
Maria-Pia Intini (pictured left) joins as a senior consultant from Colliers International where she was part of the EMEA hotels and resorts consulting team.
Liliana Ielacqua (pictured right) has also been appointed as an associate director in the hospitality group.
Richard Candey, senior director of DTZ’s hospitality group, says: “The recruitment of two dedicated hotel professionals is a clear statement of DTZ’s intent to expand our hospitality business.”
