DTZ appoints two to retail team

DTZ has appointed two directors to its retail team.


The firm has hired Andrew Inglis to its retail investment team, where he will focus on a range of projects including high street blocks and parades, shopping centres, department stores and supermarkets


Inglis joins from Capita, formerly Nelson Bakewell, and has more than 25 years’ experience. He has also worked at Thomas Davidson and Edward Erdman. His recent clients include Aberdeen, Axa, GE, Henderson, Standard Life and DTZ IM.


DTZ has also recruited Dinesh Pari to its retail warehousing team. Pari will specialise in retail warehousing leasing, agency and development. He joins from Colliers International. He has specialised in retail warehousing since 2005.


Nick Turk, head of retail out of town at Colliers International said: “Dinesh has been a valued member of the Colliers International retail out of town team. We appreciate everything he has done whilst he’s been at Colliers and we wish him every success with his future at DTZ.”


Both Inglis and Pari will be based in DTZ’s West End office.
