DTZ brings Kensington property to market for £26.7m

DTZ Investors has listed its mixed-use property at 129-137 Kensington High Street, W8, to market for £26.7m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.5%.

The 24,334 sq ft property features five retail spaces, a dental practice and 20 flats let under a mix of ASTs and regulated tenancies.

The retail spaces are occupied by global brands, including Vodafone, Philip Morris, Rituals, Läderach and Paris Baguette.

The property generates a gross annual income of £1,348,337, with 65% from retail, 3% from the dental practice, and 32% from residential lettings.

It has a commercial WAULT of 7 years to lease expiry and 4.7 years to tenant break.

In 2022, the landlord invested more than £800,000 in a full refurbishment of the external façade.
