DTZ Debenham Thorpe has bought the freehold of Troon House, Glasgow, for around £2m from Equitable Life.
It is relocating its Glasgow office to the 1,434 sq m (15,432 sq ft) scheme at 199 St Vincent Street. Current tenant Arthur Andersen negotiated an earlier termination of its lease on the premises.
DTZ plans to take up occupation next spring on the lower ground, ground and first floors which total 955 sq m (10,283 sq ft). The remaining space of the second and third floors will be available on leases with flexible terms through DTZ.
DTZ represented itself, while Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Equitable Life.
