DTZ hires former ING property head Menno Maas

 

DTZ has appointed Menno Maas as chief executive for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).

 

Based in the Netherlands, Menno will join the business, and the DTZ Executive Committee, reporting to Paul Idzik, group chief executive, on 1 June.

 

He joins the company from ING Real Estate Development, where he was chief executive until 31 January.

 

Idzik said: “We are delighted to add Menno to the team. His deep understanding of the markets, and history of client focus, will add weight to our intent to increase the rate of growth in Europe and the Middle East.”

 

Maas added: “I am excited about the opportunity this role presents and look forward to embracing the challenge of taking our business in the region to the next level.”
