DTZ Investors forward funds Wandsworth co-living scheme

DTZ Investors has invested £70m into The Collective’s 310-room co-living scheme in Earlsfield, SW18.

It marks the second investment DTZ Investors has made from its co-living fund.

The Collective, the fund’s property and asset manager, will build and operate the 120,000 sq ft development on Trewint Street in the London borough of Wandsworth.

The scheme will also provide 35% affordable housing and include a café, co-working space, events space, a communal dining and kitchen area, a cinema room, and a library.

DTZ Investors launched its co-living fund in October last year with the announcement it would forward fund The Collective Harrow.

The fund aims to raise total equity commitments of up to £650m and acquire or forward fund between six and 10 co-living assets in London.
