DTZ looks to offload Gloucestershire industrial estate for £41m

DTZ Investors has appointed Knight Frank to find a new owner for the 22.2-acre Beeches Industrial Estate in Gloucestershire. 

The deal is expected to raise £40.8m. A purchase at this level reflects a net initial yield of 6.4%.

The multi-let industrial and manufacturing hub, comprising 331,448 sq ft across 52 facilities, sits 11 miles north of Bristol and 27 miles south of Gloucester, with links to the M4, M5 and M32.

The estate is fully let to 27 tenants, with three buildings currently vacant. It generates £2.8m per year, reflecting a rent of £8.4 per sq ft.
