DTZ has appointed Agnieszka Zdunicz-Skoskiewicz as property management director in Poland. She will be responsible for business growth of the retail property management portfolio.
DTZ Poland country head Alan Colquhoun said the appointment is the next step in strengthening DTZ’s position in property management. The firm manages more than 1.1m m2 of business, industrial and retail space.
Zdunicz-Skoskiewicz has 14 years’ experience in the real estate market. She was previously property management director at CBRE and was deputy head of the leasing department at Inter IKEA Center Poland.
