DTZ has hired Jeremy Prosser from Bilfinger GVA to join its City office.
Prosser, a director in GVA’s City leasing team working under Tony Joyce, has been with the firm for more than 16 years.
He will join DTZ’s City agency team, led by senior director Alistair Brown, in around six months’ time.
A Bilfinger GVA spokesman said: “We wish Jeremy all the best in his future endeavours. It remains business as usual here at Bilfinger GVA as we enter an exciting period of growth.
“Leading city investment agent Chris Gore started with us this week. His remit will be to strengthen and expand our city agency capability, and complement our growing cross-border brokerage team.”
