DTZ has restructured its London residential team and made nine new hires.
Candice Matthews has been appointed head of London residential while Andy Palmer will become head of residential land.
Nicole Wang has been appointed to the team as Asian inward investment specialist, reflecting growing investment from mainland China and London-based Chinese investors.
David Ramsdale has joined from Chestertons as a dedicated residential research analyst.
Julian Cotton will be development sales manager for East London, responsible for supporting the delivery of new homes projects across the City, East and South East London.
Matthew Starkowski has been hired as development sales manager for West London, joining to support Central and West London instructions.
Tom Henshaw is joining the team as new homes consultant, with a focus on advising on large-scale regeneration projects across London and the South East.
Grant Beasley has been appointed senior surveyor within the London land team, joining from GVA.
Chris Holder has joined DTZ from Telford Homes as a new homes sales negotiator.
Giles Wickham joins the growing residential valuation team from Marsh & Parsons as a surveyor.
Jodie Jeffry will be joining the residential team from Ardent Management, where she had been covering national infrastructure projects and compulsory purchase within its residential team.
