DTZ Investors, on behalf of Strathclyde Pension Fund, has bought a shop and nine flats end of terrace building at 80-86 St John’s Road, Clapham, SW11 for £10.7m.
The ground and basement levels are let to Maplin until 2022 and Mountain Warehouse, on a temporary rolling license.
Strathclyde already owns 48-78 in St John’s Road.
