A retail unit at Miller Development’s £60m Edinburgh Quay is being brought to the market, as the scheme’s 60,000 sq ft second phase nears completion.
DTZ has been instructed to market a 4,300 sq ft retail unit in phase 2 of the mixed-use Fountainbridge development.
The second phase, which will see almost 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office space completed in December, follows the completion of 112,000 sq ft of office and restaurant space in 2004.
DTZ associate director David Conroy said: “This is an excellent opportunity to take a retail unit in a fast-emerging office, residential and leisure location with over 2,850 new-build residential units either existing, under construction or proposed within the immediate vicinity.”
The ground floor retail unit, which has room to accommodate a mezzanine if required, is being offered on a 15-year lease at a rent of more than £67,500 pa.
