DTZ has agreed a deal to move its West End team to 1 Curzon Street, W1, from its offices at 48 Warwick Street.
In 2008 DTZ sublet its three floors in Mayfair, but has now signed to take back around 13,000 sq ft on one floor at the Abu Dhabi royal family’s property on Curzon Street.
The agency’s lease for 28,535 sq ft in Warwick Street, which it inherited from its takeover of Donaldsons, expires in September 2013, but staff are expected to be relocated by the first quarter of next year.
DTZ’s 75,000 sq ft headquarters are at 125 Old Broad Street, EC2.
