DTZ has announced it is to further expand its Edinburgh-based Integrated Property Management (IPM) team.
Associate director Fiona McNeil has moved from the Glasgow office to head-up the expanding division.
McNeil, who has worked for DTZ for seven years, provides property management and asset management services to a range of clients including funds, property companies and corporate organisations.
McNeil aims to make a number of new appointments for management surveyors and facilities management technicians to strengthen the company’s property management resources.
The recruitment drive follows the recent instruction to manage new corporate real estate portfolios in Edinburgh and the company will now take on 200 leases for new clients.
