Deloitte has appointed DTZ to replace Jones Lang LaSalle as letting agent on the 197,000 sq ft Baskerville House in Birmingham.
The property was placed into the hands of administrators last year following the collapse of Targetfollow Property Holdings and Targetfollow Property Investment & Development.
DTZ will work alongside joint agent CB Richard Ellis. Deloitte wants to let the remaining 64,000 sq ft of vacant space in the building before bringing it to market through Franc Warwick.
