DTZ Leeds director Eamon Fox has quit the firm to join Knight Frank after eight years with DTZ.
Fox, an established figure in the Yorkshire property market, will replace Alex Duckett, who quit Knight Frank to join Land Rover customisation firm Twisted Automotive.
Henrie Westlake, Knight Frank head of Leeds, said: “In his time here Alex has been a key member of the office and one of the leading office agents in the city. On top of that, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. While it is incredibly sad to see him go, he has a very exciting new challenge ahead.”
