Dubai property group Nakheel is in talks to launch projects in three Asian countries, as it looks at opportunities to diversify, its chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah, said.
Potential partners in China and Pakistan have made approaches, and the company is also negotiating on a development in Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, Lootah said.
