Cairn Homes has received planning approval to develop 569 homes in Clonburris, County Dublin.
The development will comprise 173 semi-detached houses, 148 duplex apartments, and 248 two and three-bedroom flats.
The nine-acre site will also include a 7,000 sq ft innovation hub, 6,000 sq ft nursery, 656 car parking spaces and 672 cycle parking spaces as well as public green space.
The “environmentally sustainable” development aligns with the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme 2019.
