A key logistics development site in Dublin has hit the market with a €34m (£27m) price tag.
The 91-acre Dublin Central Logistics Park, located north of the city, is zoned for general employment use under the draft Fingal County Development Plan 2023-29.
Savills, which is marketing the property alongside Cushman & Wakefield, said the location’s transport links give the site immediate development potential as a strategic industrial and logistics park “of significant scale”.
