Dublin residential prices increased by 3.3% in June, marking a 23.9% increase over 12 months, according to data from the Irish Central Statistics Office.
On a national level, residential property prices climbed by 2.9% in June, following on from a 2.3% increase in May and a 1.4% increase in April.
This compares with a 1.2% increase in June 2013.
Dublin residential prices are still 44.5% below their pre-crash peak in February 2007, while national residential property prices are 45.8% below this level.
