The 132-room Temple Bar hotel in Dublin city centre has been brought to market with a guide price of €27-€30m (£21.5m-£23.9m)
The unbranded three-star hotel is being sold as a going concern by FBD Property and Leisure, which owns hotels in Spain and Ireland.
The hotel was developed and opened in 1994, and includes a café and bar, and the Alchemy Night Club, which is licensed for 1,010 guests. Subject to planning permission, there is capacity to add a further 27 rooms.
CBRE is acting as agent.

Last year hotel sales totaled €250m
