Dunelm takes 255,000 sq ft Stoke distribution centre

Home furnishings specialist Dunelm has taken a speculatively-built £25m distribution centre at ProLogis Park in Stoke-on-Trent.

The 255,000 sq ft of space has been let on a 10-year lease, at around £4 per sq ft.

The agents were GVA Grimley, North Rae Sanders and Lamont.

Around 630,000 sq ft of space remains on the 60-acre scheme, which has previously attracted Sainsbury, Waterford Wedgwood and Screwfix Direct.

The park is within two miles of J15 of the M6, and at the junction of  the A500 and the A50.
