London & Clydeside Holdings have presented details of their plans for an 850-acre site between the M90 and eastern Dunfermline in Scotland to the local planning authority.
If approved, the scheme would provide 1.5m sq ft of industrial space, offices, a hotel/conference centre, a golf course, landscaped park, 3,000 houses and 250,000 sq ft of retailing.
The developers have now entered into agreements with all the major landholders of the site — all that is required is consent from Dunfermline council.
L&C’s planning consultants are Montgomery Forgan Associates.
