SPP has bought the White Lion Retail Park in Dunstable from Wilson Bowden for £25.5m, reflecting a yield of 6.5%.
The newly developed retail park provides 11,520 sq m (124,000 sq ft). Eight of the 11 units are let to tenants including Powerhouse, Tempo Landmark Furnishings and Staples.
Celexa REIM acted for SPP on the off-market deal. Norton Rose provided legal advice to SPP, while Osborne Clarke OWA acted for SPP.
