Duo joins MEPC to look after Manchester and Leeds projects

MEPC has added two members to its Manchester headquarters at the Pavilion on Angel Square.

Olivia Hewitt and Alice Bolton-Gough have joined the firm as development manager and asset manager, respectively.

Hewitt comes from One Heritage Group, having previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield, while Bolton-Gough has been at JLL, Mileway and Squarestone.

The duo will be tasked to oversee the development of NOMA, a 20-acre neighbourhood project in Manchester city centre.

Hewitt has been charged with shaping the public realm at Angel Square as well as the health and wellbeing offering within 4 Angel Square. Meanwhile, Bolton-Gough will be responsible for landlord and tenant matters, leading on office and retail lettings and asset performance.

In addition, Bolton-Gough will support the development of Wellington Place in Leeds.
