Keepmoat Regeneration’s former senior project manager Johnny Lovett and Scott Macdonald, a former investment analyst at Cheyne Capital, have launched property development business Morningside Real Estate.
The firm will mainly focus on developing commercial and residential property in London and the South East, but will also look at opportunities in leading UK cities such as Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Joining Lovett and Macdonald is an advisory board of non-executive directors, which includes Arron Taggart and Rob Turner of Cheyne Capital.
