Duo launch London property consultancy

Julian Davies, founder and group managing director at building consultancy Earl Kendrick Group, and former PBM chief property officer Sandeep Singh have launched a new property consultant. The firm, known as Property People has been launched in London and will focus on connecting developers and investors with managing agents with a view to improving their property portfolio performance. Initially, the consultancy will offer advisory services to landlords of mixed-use and residential schemes across London and Midlands region. The two partners will be supported by a trio of consultants: chartered surveyor Nigel McDonough, engineering consultant Peter Masters, and lettings consultant James Biley. The team has already embarked on its first project in Mayfair, where it is advising on a repositioning of a Grade II listed mixed-use building at 7 Curzon Street, W1.  Singh said: “The idea to start this consultancy practice stems from my experiences over the years, particularly in leasehold, where I noticed a need for higher standards. “I also felt that there is a need for more bespoke solutions tailored to developers and customers.”
