Kadans Science Partner has tasked Knight Frank and Carter Jonas to develop the marketing strategy for the first phase of £436m Upper Brook Street in Manchester.
The move comes as Kadans nears completion of groundworks on site, with the view to kick off the construction in May this year.
Upper Brook Street sits next to the Oxford Road Corridor which is home to more than 50% of all life sciences business in the region.
The Netherlands-based developer bought the land from Manchester City Council late last year after securing planning permission for the 215,000 sq ft of lab and office building.
The development forms a part of the wider masterplan, which includes 737 student bedrooms to be delivered by McLaren Group at the next phase. Part of the Upper Brook Street regeneration is Property Alliance Group and Moda Living’s proposed life sciences and PBSA scheme comprising 550,000 sq ft and 983 bedrooms, respectively.
All parties declined to comment.
