Duo of builders’ merchant stores among top lots in Acuitus July sale
Two builders’ merchant premises are among the 49-lots being offered in the Acuitus commercial property auction on 9 July.
The two substantial freehold trade retail assets in Godstone, Surrey, are up for sale with guide prices of £3.7m-£3.9m and £2.7m-£2.9m.
Both properties are leased to tenants trading as Fairalls Builders Merchant and produce annual rental income of £280,000 and £220,000 respectively.

In Enfield, North London, a mixed-use bank and residential asset is being offered with a guide price of £2.5m. The property at 22-24 Church Street includes a double fronted ground floor unit let to TSB plus four residential flats on the upper floors. The total annual rental income is £135,400 with two of the flats currently unoccupied, offering immediate active asset management potential.
A number of landmark buildings also feature in the catalogue for the livestream sale.
The Buttermarket building in Chichester is being offered with a guide price of £570,000-£590,000. The building is fully let to a Bill’s restaurant, a jeweller, and tearoom.
In Boston, a substantial and high yielding Grade II listed retail and residential parade is being sold with a guide price of £875,000.
In Stirling, a B listed former church which has consent to be used as a restaurant and venue/event space is being offered with a guide price of £325,000.
